Actual costs may vary depending on site conditions, additional work requested, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of significant changes in scope or pricing before proceeding.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the property and requested work.
• Ensure that we have the necessary permissions and access to perform services at the property.
• Notify us of any known hazards, safety concerns, or special requirements.
• Review and approve estimates or work orders before we begin work, where applicable.

5. Scheduling and access

We will work with you to schedule services at a mutually convenient time. You are responsible for ensuring access to the property as scheduled. Missed or delayed access may result in rescheduling and could incur additional charges.

6. Photos and documentation

As part of our standard process, we may take photos or collect documentation before, during, and after services are performed. This documentation may be shared with you, your representatives, or applicable third parties (such as insurers or national maintenance networks) as needed to verify work performed.

7. Payments

Payment terms, including due dates and accepted methods, will be specified in your invoice, work order, or service agreement. You agree to pay all amounts due in accordance with those terms. Late or unpaid amounts may be subject to collection activities and, where permitted by law, late fees.

8. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service visit, please notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations or if our crew is unable to access the property as scheduled.

9. Use of the website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to interfere with its operation, security, or integrity. Any misuse of the site, including attempts to access data without authorization, may result in termination of access and potential legal action.
